You can order on-line or by phone, alternately we can fax/email you a order form or proforma invoice.

When ordering you will need to supply us with the following information:

Door thickness: 35mm/44mm/54mm/Custom door*/ Internal wall* (specify finished wall thickness & construction)

Glass Finish: Clear/Frosted*/Etched Logo*/Coloured*/Custom*

Face Finish: Brushed Stainless/Bright Polished Stainless*/Powder Coated*/Brass*/Custom*

Fire Integrity: No fire rating/30 min*/Custom*

Fixings: Dome/Cap/Hex socket*/Pin-Torx*

* = Optional Upgrade at an extra cost

Delivery and Leadtimes:

Most products are dispatched 10-14 working days from receipt of payment.  We usually use a 48 hour courier service for UK mainland orders, so you should get your within 2 working days from dispatch.  If you shop on-line you will be sent an email when your order has been dispatched, so you will know when to expect delivery.

Special order or non standard items may have a longer lead-time. The standard lead-time for each product is displayed with the product detail.
